The harrowing story of little Arthur has touched thousands if not millions far and wide. Now that sentencing has come to an end, Arthur can finally be laid to rest surrounded by LOVE. However, justice for Arthur has not fully been given. Arthur was massively failed by social workers/ police who was informed of the families concerns and given photographic evidence, all of which was dismissed. Health care professionals are accountable for their actions therefore each individual involved in this case should be held accountable for theirs. Emma was known to social services and has two previous children removed, which was all dismissed following family concerns of neglect. MAJOR red flag, IGNORED! 
How many more children will suffer by lack of communication and carelessness for those trained and paid to protect the vulnerable. 
Let’s sign this petition and get full justice for Arthur, make the social workers/ police involved who ignored concerns also pay for their actions then maybe in future these professionals will not take their role so lightly and ensure they do their all to protect and prevent anymore children being killed! 
Make them stand up in court and be sentenced, they are also to blame for the death of Arthur!
