My daughter passed away June 20,2020  at the age of 23 years in our hometown ! My whole family there my mother and siblings but my half sister on my father side decided to file for Custody of her kids June 22,2020 before I got there the kids was all over in Tuscaloosa Al with different people I thought she was just getting the kids until I came wed to make the funeral arrangements no she had other plans she also teamed up with men who hadn’t had dna test done to say their the fathers yes I know of both but neither has taken dna test now it’s coming on 2 years court date changing no progress only thing now is the one young man has failed a drug test and have multiple charges and the gal or Dhr is in my favor almost like they trying to help him and he is in jail at this moment but my grandkids or with my  deceased father’s ex wife of 20 years I have my daughter’s oldest child she haven’t seen her siblings since she passed away I do believe the justice system is against someone who is truly trying to keep their family together after such a tragic lost of my child and these kids shouldn’t be with someone in and out of jail and someone who dropped my daughter off at my father’s job and said she wasn’t her grand baby  Tuscaloosa juvenile court and dhr can change thus also my icpc was never done by dhr from Tuscaloosa they have to inform dfcs in ga  to do it and paperwork was put in by my lawyer and still no movement the gal Cheryl Stahl is giving these other people whose not even on the case legal advice when the party went to jail April 25th instead of contacting the next of kin she contacted Secunda Steele whose not on this case who said Cheryl stahl was trying to get the person in jail to sign his rights over to her I need someone of authority to look over all of this
