I use it for graphic arts, it was the ONLY film with black, all others had a poor max.density, like dark sunglasses. A projection of a motiv with black background (as all my works) presented with these films using several projectors in a dark room looks like several overlapping brown rectangles, i have to paint under the microscope to conceive a black background!!!! Horrible timewasting!!! And no alternative!!! Or do you know a method to develop other films in a way to conceive enough density and stronger colours for graphic use? Please let me know!
Regards
Andy

Velvia 50 is the best in the market - no competition by digital. Taking of the best product is not wise from a business perspective. Keep it for the sake of the professionals and art. I recommend Fuji to invest even additionaly into a new Velvia 25 line with even higher resolution and improved reciprocity behaviour.

Fuji, what are you doing? Many of the best landscape photographers on this planet depend on LF Velvia 50. They may not be the biggest share of the film market, but we all need them -- and they need LF Velvia 50!

Because Velvia 50 is a very good slide film for landscapes...long exposures without Schwarzschild effect...
