Partial Refunds for VIP1 and VIP2 Purpose Tour Package Holders

When tickets went on sale to the Australian leg of Justin Bieber's Purpose World Tour in October 2016, fans who purchased the "VIP 1: I'll Show You Bkstg Pit Experience" package specifically paid for "One ticket to the exclusive JB Pit inside the stage" (as per the VIP Package Inclusions on Ticketek and Ticketmaster's websites).
Frontier Touring has confirmed on 22.02.2017 - just weeks away from the concert - that:
"It has been necessary to make modifications to staging and some ticketing on the floor for the remainder of the Purpose Tour. Please note that no seating has changed in relation to the main stage - the removal of the catwalk will give ticketholders close to the stage a better view of the whole performance"
This is false advertising as pits J and B no longer sit within the stage, and fans who had purchased "VIP 2: Where Are U Now Bkstg Seat Experience" packages are also worse off now as they were expecting a catwalk immediately in front of their section (as per the seating map on Ticketek and Ticketmaster's websites, which they haven't even updated yet) and they now have a mosh pit full of hundreds of people instead.
We are petitioning for a fair partial refund to compensate for this change in the stage layout.
