Slow speeds are to be expected living in Rural Areas, however, the connection constantly disconnecting is NOT acceptable. Slow speeds would be alright if the connection was stable. Its not the service, it is the equipment and the lines. Frontier refuses to upgrade their lines that are 10 to 20 years old.
