Our community is suffering due to damage to their houses and cars from stray golf balls. 

Not only has this effected our property, but it has effected the safety of our neighbors and innocent bystanders in and around the golf course whether the collateral damage be somebody driving or walking down the street. 

It should be the duty of the golf course to make sure they are holding their golfers responsible for any damage or suffering accrued. 

If Frog Hollow is not able to hold the golfers responsible for damaged accrued, Frog Hollow themselves should be responsible for any damage during course action. Responsibility by Frog Hollow could  also include possible alteration to the course including nets incorporated where areas are hit the hardest. 

This will make our community feel safe and want to reside on their property longer, helping to build a stronger community and increase the value of the homes. This will no longer be a reason to deter the residents from putting money into their houses for improvements or impede on having the ability to do so from having unexpected damage expenses. This will no longer be a reason to drive residents away from this community.
