Elaine Mclver was sadly a victim to the Manchester Arena Bombing.
Last Thursday was the turn of former Cheshire Police Officer Elaine McIver to be mentioned at the inquests of the Manchester Arena Bombing.
As Elaine was a resident of Waterside ward Frodsham, Cheshire it would it be fitting to remember her by renaming green gates such as McIver Park or McIver Memorial Park.
