Frock Destroyers and/or United Kingdolls to Represent UK at Eurovision
Why this petition matters

We call on the British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC) to consider Frock Destroyers and United Kingdolls as the United Kingdom's representatives for the Eurovision Song Contest.
The UK has a long and rich history of drag performance, dating back to the late 16th and early 17th centuries. Famous drag queens such as Princess Seraphina, Julian Eltinge, Danny La Rue, Dame Edna, and Lily Savage have all contributed to the cultural landscape of our country.
Recent successes such as RuPaul's Drag Race prove that drag is a vibrant and relevant part of modern British culture. By choosing Frock Destroyers or United Kingdolls to represent the UK at Eurovision, we can showcase our diversity and the charisma, uniqueness, nerve, and talent of our country and try to carry on the success of Sam Smith, breaking away from the pattern of poor results in former years.
