I am an ex drug dealer as well as an ex drug addict.. I have done time in prison for selling drugs and getting caught with large amounts of drugs.. The thing is I’ve changed my life but I see the impact that these pills have that they call “Blues” which are fentanyl laced or cut..People are able to get the fentanyl in a powder form as well which is the purest form of fentanyl on the streets.. This stuff is killing people and people are selling it to anyone and everyone who wants it.. It’s not just in my community it’s everywhere.. Possessing fentanyl at any time should and needs to be cracked down on.. If a person gets caught selling fentanyl or with more then a personal  amount that person or persons should fall under the charge of manslaughter 2nd or involuntary manslaughter.. I’m saying this about the people who are selling fentanyl to others and possessing more then a personal amount which for example 3 pills or however much powder.. But the thing to remember is it doesn’t take much of this fentanyl to kill someone not much at all.. Our law makers have a new problem because many people are dying everyday because nothing is being done.. I strongly Urge anyone and everyone to open there eyes to fixing this before someone close to you is affected by fentanyl, if not already..
Coming from me I use to sell street drugs and use them to the fullest I’ve been out there in the streets the drug houses everywhere.I’ve been beside people who were dying because of drug over dose.. I’ve had lots of people I know die from drugs and everyday that list of fentanyl overdoses is just growing by the dozen..I try to think how both sides of the fence would see things. If I was still out there and the laws changed for a drug that I was selling and the Penalty just jumped from a year a one day in prions to 15-20 years in prison because I have maxed out points even in my drugged induced mind set I would have to make a decision to not want to go to prison for that long..I’m sure that yes a few people would have to get these changes and go do some real time but as soon as that got out everyone would be spooked and afraid to go around selling fentanyl to people.. To me it only makes sense if I’m willing to sell someone something that could kill them why am I not willing to face the charges that go along with the behavior.. Im just asking people to get on board with ended this fentanyl crisis in our country, and ask law makers to help with this by passing new laws for fentanyl charges and helping many lives be saved..
