Many dogs get run over every day and my dog was one that got ran over yesterday. The truck was also going really fast and it happened in a street so either way the truck can not go that fast especially in a neighborhood. I want people that whoever run over dogs go to jail or Atleast a fine, it would help to save more dogs lives in this country, and it could also help not cuase any other accidents, Becuase people in neighborhoods should not be going that fast. I would like for every dog owner and dog have its justice. Please sign this petition in order to cause less accidents in neighborhoods, and on roads.
