At BCH, this year’s experimentation with the Wilson translation of the Odyssey has gone off the rails. We should return to the tried-and-true Fitzgerald, which teachers have repeatedly stated their approval for. By going back to Fitzgerald we, the students, can take advantage of the decades of experience our English teachers have under their belt in teaching the older translation.
