We all aware that the so called RWA is not legal and valid as per any logic and rule. Merely 10 to 15 plot holders out of total approx 300 plot/flat owner called a meeting and out of these only 7-8 given consent for membership and called themselves as general body as well as executive body of whole spring garden. This small group without any legality themselve drafted bylaws of such RWA under, I think supervision of developer, and claiming that this is the future Constitution of the spring garden. Then they registered their so called RWA and opened a current account in a bank. That to having disputes among themselves for the account opening as per my knowledge. In future their ambition is to give this account details to LDA/RERA authorities as demanded by the developer for obtaining the completion certificates from these authorities. Once such complition certificate would be in hand of the developer the will not do anything for the colony and make themselves exit from the affairs of the colony legally. 

In such conditions it's seems mischief done by the developer against we plot owner. 

Again, if the corpus money collected by we owner , in the name of future development comes in such account they will illegally would be able to sit on such money. 

So, be aware and awaken and demand for construction of legal RWA as per RERA rule, RWA rules and related rules of society registration act through legal election of legal and valid representatives.
