To the Honorable Judge This petition is written on behalf of Michael Hermis, we are writing to you to ask for mercy in judgment for Michael. We have known him for a very long time, he is a kind intelligent individual with no history of violence. We all know he is a good person who has been a victim of unfortunate circumstances. If given the opportunity we will all make sure Michael is successful in his recovery and will be a law abiding citizen.
