Did you know Taco T***day is trademarked? Yup, it’s absurd.

How can someone own “Taco Tuesday”? It’s a common phrase. Can you imagine if we weren’t allowed to say “what’s up” or “brunch”?

Taco Bell believes everyone should be able to say and celebrate Taco T***day wherever, and however, they want. And that’s why Taco Bell is challenging the trademark in court.

So if you sign this petition in support of freeing the “Taco T***day” trademark, that means you believe EVERYONE — from your local taco truck, to your favorite Mom & Pop taco joint, to us at Taco Bell — we repeat, EVERYONE should have the right to say “Taco T***day” on everyone’s favorite taco-day-of-the-week, without possibly getting sued. 

Because again, everyone should be able to say and celebrate Taco T***day wherever, and however, they want. Think we can all raise a taco to that.
