This is my brother, his name is Henry L. Holiness Jr., a.k.a. Stretch who has been racially profiled and is currently serving a life sentence in Florida for a robbery that he did not do.And because he would not cooperate to be a snitch for detective Paul martin of the pcso and pinellas county assistant state attorney Richard a. ripplinger-fla.bar#382078 they team up and unlawfully,vin- dictivly set him up(reference case#CRC06-17148CFANO).During the investigation of this case is the same time pinellas detective Paul martin was under investigation himself to which he lied and provided false and misleading information of his whereabouts to his own supervisor and because of that in June 11, 2008 he was suspended, demoted and transfered to patrol.                                      This was one of many red flags that should have questioned the integrity and high possibilities of Paul martin providing false and misleading information in the criminal case against my brother which would result in all charges against my brother being vacated and dismissed.pinellas county public defender Jenna C. Finkelstein fla.bar#11875  knew what was going on and that this detective was corrupted but still intentionally disregarded her ethical and professional duty to protect and defend.Paul Martin a detective of sixteen years was terminated from his position/job on 11/4/2013 for several violations and misconduct.                                                                                                         1.his unprofessional misconduct towards the public 2.his failure to submit properly written required reports as prescribed... Which means he willfully and intentionally lied and falsified documentation and reports again,this stemming from a complaint filed against him involving a sexual assault incident on July 11, 2013 ref:case# AI-13-037.Paul Martin's action,corruption and misconduct are a definite factor in Mr. Holliness' life and liberty and has affected,damaged,ruined,violated his due process and other civil rights while assigned as the arresting and lead detective in this case.
