In tutta Italia si sta introducendo l'obbligo indiretto della somministrazione del Vaccino al COVID 19.

Il Green Pass, già vietato dal Parlamento Europeo - Reg. n.953/2021 è una misura restrittiva anticostituzionale e l'emblema della discriminazione. Questo tentativo si basa su un ricatto morale che utilizza violenza psicologica, violazione della privacy, corruzione, violazione dei diritti umani e abuso di potere.

La neo-misura in vigore a partire dall'1 settembre prevede che dipendenti tecnici, didattici, amministrativi e personale accademico, possano essere allontanati/e se non vaccinati/e, con blocco della busta paga, sulla base dell'art 2087 del codice civile. Inoltre gli studenti e studentesse senza Green Pass non potranno accedere alle strutture universitarie e prendere parte alle lezioni o alle attività didattiche.

Attualmente i test non sono gratuiti in Provincia di Bolzano e questo comporta un'ingente e continuativa spesa per le persone non vaccinate che vogliono accedere all'Università.

Richiediamo tutelati/e dall'articolo 50 della Costituzione che il presidente della Regione autonoma del Trentino-Alto Adige Arno Kompatscher, la Giunta Provinciale insieme alla presidentessa Prof. Dr. Ulrike Tappeiner, il direttore Günther Mathà, il rettore Prof. Dr. Paolo Lugli, e l’amministrazione dell’Università di Bolzano autorizzino le seguenti disposizioni:

- Revoca dell'obbligo di Green Pass per accedere alle attività e alle infrastrutture accademiche per tutte le persone dipendenti dell'Università e studenti/studentesse che le frequentano mantenendo l'obbligo di mascherina e distanze di sicurezza.

- Tamponi salivari gratuiti per studenti e studentesse e dipendenti accademici/che (test che analizzano la saliva quindi meno invasivi).

- Possibilità di didattica a distanza, home office e smart-working anche a tempo pieno nel caso di mantenimento del Green Pass.

Entro l'inizio del nuovo anno accademico: 27 settembre 2021

In ganz Italien wird gerade die indirekte Pflicht zur Verabreichung der Covid-19 Schutzimpfung eingeführt.

Der Green Pass, bereits vom Europa Parlament verboten - Verord. Nr. 953/2021 ist eine restriktive verfassungswidrige Maßnahme und das Symbol von Diskriminierung. Diese Absicht beruht auf einer moralischen Erpressung durch die Verwendung psychologischer Gewalt, Verletzung der Privacy, Korruption, Verletzung der Menschenrechte und Machtmissbrauch. 

Die neue Maßnahme, mit 1. September in Kraft, sieht vor, dass technische Angestellte, Lehrpersonal, Verwaltungspersonal und akademisches Personal, welches nicht geimpft ist, im Sinne des Art. 2087 des Zivilgesetzbuches, ohne Bezüge suspendiert werden können. Des Weiteren dürfen Studentinnen und Studenten ohne Green Pass die universitären Strukturen nicht betreten und nicht an den Vorlesungen oder didaktischen Tätigkeiten teilnehmen. 

Zur Zeit sind die Tests in der Provinz Bozen nicht kostenlos und dies bewirkt eine beachtliche und dauerhafte Ausgabe für nicht geimpfte Personen, welche die Universität besuchen möchten.

Wir berufen uns auf den Art. 50 der Verfassung und ersuchen die Präsidentin von der Freie Universität von Bozen-Bolzano Prof. Dr. Ulrike Tappeiner, den Universitätsdirektor Günther Mathà und den Rektor Prof. Dr. Paolo Lugli zusammen mit der Landesregierung und des Landeshauptmannes Arno Kompatscher folgende Bestimmungen zu erlassen:

- Aufhebung des Green Passes für den Zugang zu den akademischen Aktivitäten und Infrastrukturen für alle an der Universität beschäftigten Personen und Studierenden unter Beibehaltung der Maskenpflicht und Abstandsregeln.

- Kostenlose Speicheltests für Studenten und Studentinnen, sowie akademische Angestellte (Tests, welche den Speichel analysieren und folglich weniger invasiv sind).

- Möglichkeit des Fernstudiums, des Home Office und des Smart Workings auch in Vollzeit bei Beibehaltung des Green Passes.

Bis zum Beginn des neuen Studienjahres: 27. September 2021

Indirect compulsory administration of the COVID 19 vaccine is being introduced throughout Italy.

The Green Pass, already banned by the European Parliament - Reg. n.953/2021 is an unconstitutional restrictive measure and the emblem of discrimination. This attempt is based on moral blackmail using psychological violence, violation of privacy, corruption, violation of human rights, and abuse of power.

The new measure in force since 1 September provides that technical, teaching, administrative and academic staff can be dismissed if they are not vaccinated, with a freeze on their pay, on the basis of Article 2087 of the Civil Code. Furthermore, students without a Green Pass will not be able to access university facilities and take part in lectures or teaching activities.

Currently, tests are not free of charge in the Province of Bozen/Bolzano and this leads to a huge and ongoing expense for unvaccinated persons who want to enter university.

We request, under the protection of Article 50 of the Constitution, that the President of the Autonomous Region of Trentino-Alto Adige, Arno Kompatscher, the Provincial Council together with the President of UniBz, Prof. Dr. Ulrike Tappeiner, the Director Günther Mathà, the Rector, Prof. Dr. Paolo Lugli, and the administration of the Free University of Bozen-Bolzano authorize the following provisions:

- Removal of the Green Pass requirement for access to academic activities and facilities for all persons employed by the University and students attending them, while maintaining the mask and safety distance requirement.

- Free salivary swabs for students and academic employees (tests that analyze saliva and are therefore less invasive).

- Possibility of distance learning, home office, and smart-working even full-time in case of maintaining the Green Pass.

By the start of the new academic year: 27 September 2021
