Our friend Ethan Phan which we have known for many years has been stripped away from us because of his transfer not going through to Pacifica High School in Garden Grove. As of right now, he attends Rancho Alamitos High School. Because of his frail body and petite figure, it results in him being made fun of, bullied, and getting hurt sometimes. Personally, we know Ethan has a hard worker, a scholar, and a very intellectual person. Him not being at Pacifica and being segregated from all of us causes us to be worried about his physical, mental, and spiritual health. Therefore, signing this document would allow us to reunite with our precious friend.
