Mr. Terry Loader is one of more than 10,000 people serving sentences of life without parole in the State of Colorado.  He has been behind bars since 1996, and is currently incarcerated in Arkansas Valley Correctional Facility.  Mr. Loader has been an exemplary inmate, involved in helping other inmates as a peer facilitator and instructor.  He accepts full responsibility for his crime, and now aging and with health issues, is fighting for commutation of his sentence.  His loved ones ask the Colorado DOC and Governor Polis to give him the opportunity to have his sentence reduced so that he might come home.  Please free Terry Loader.
