Raul Garcia completed a 20 year prison sentence in Barbados for drug trafficking. Two years later, he is being held illegally by the Government of Barbados, first in prison and now in a "safe house". As the debate rages on as to "what to do with him", this petition calls for international attention and intervention since left to handle this on its own, the Government of Barbados may have Raul Garcia spend the rest of his life on earth in prison.
