Mici is a beautiful and intelligent tiger cat. She's imprisoned in a tiny 1-bedroom apartment in Slovenia's capital Ljubljana, 24/7. She has for years never walked in a garden, hopped over grass or smelled flowers. Mici is entitled to go out, every day, at least for a few minutes (on a leash so she won't escape). It's her right, and it would also also good to her owner. #FreeMici
