Please support the release of my mentally ill son. When he was 21 years old, he was sentenced to 54 years in prison for two armed robberies. He has served 26 years in prison. He is being denied parole because he has very little money on his prison account, and he is expected to work a job. The Department of Corrections, however, is not allowing him to work. My son has struggled with Depression and Attention Deficit Disorder his entire life, and I am concerned about his safety. I am 68 years old, and I would like to see my son free before I die.
