Greetings Readers,

   I, Elvin Prince, am another statistic victimized by corrupt police officers & malicious prosecution. I am an innocent man who was wrongfully convicted of 1st degree murder. I have exonerating evidence that was never produced at trial due to ineffective assistence of counsel, prosecutorial misconduct and judge's abuse of discretion. I would like to take this time to introduce you to some of the exonerating evidence that was never heard.

   Firstoff, no physical evidence ties me to the present crime. No gun shot residue, no fingerprints, no DNA, the crime was caught on several cameras yet im not dipicted on 1sec of video footage. Second, I have 2 alibi witnesses that could place me in another place during the time zone of the commission of the crime, that were never heard. Furthermore, Chicago Police Department fabricated evidence to make it seem as if I was in possession of the keys to the vehicle used in the murder, yet, could never produce the keys and had multiple conflicting statements on what happened to the keys. Finally, two eyewitnesses made inconsistent & conflicting statements that were even contradictory to states evidence. Without even mentioning other factors in my innocence these factors alone constitute exoneration.

   I, a man with no prior criminal background, extends my open hands in hopes of recieving assistence to help in obtaining my freedom. Dont define me as the broken image they portray, but as a man who didnt partake in any crime, a man who spent years of pain in attempts to help prove his innocence & return to being a positive role model & productive citizen to society.
