It has always been a St. John's tradition to have FREE dress days during Kinkaid week. By limiting students to only wearing free dress tops, it takes the spirit out. In addition, there are days where free dress entirely is allowed (such as dress like Kinkaid day for seniors) and other days where certain bottoms are allowed (ex. jeans on Friday). Why limit students on specific days and not others? I think many people agree the whole fun of free dress days is putting together a whole outfit and having a day to express your style.
