For over 3 years I have suffered with gum disease, I was told I would lose all my teeth in 5 years.

The pain I suffer daily is unbearable, I have lost over 3 stone in weight because I cannot eat.

I have lost numerous teeth and more to come out tomorrow.

It's destroying me and my life, I cry constantly.
