I have seen all the videos with the evidence and I don't believe that they convicted the right person for theses crimes. Justice was not served on the right person. I believe the police department that he worked for fabricated some victims to say things that were not true to assist in their case. When you are assuming that one person did these crimes you should look at all the evidence before you convict. I hope he gets out asap. I am praying for the family and Daniel.

I'm singing because this case is a joke they have nothing on Daniel and why he was convicted makes no sense. Daniel worked in a very bad area with a lot of prostitution what do you expect. If Daniel would've worked in a different area none of this would've happened. The man is innocent give him a chance please this is so wrong come on he does not belong in there and I know he will get out soon cause karma is real and he's words are too

I've signed because of the totally flawed forensics, verballying witnesses, the female officer in charge ect ect ect. It should not have made it to court, and there even might be a bit of red neck racism!!

He’s been wrongfully convicted. The more you look into the case, the more you realise the sheer number of discrepancies that exist during both the investigative process and the trial. The American legal system is a joke.

Daniel is innocent, the investigators behavior was shameful... and that's putting it very lightly.
It's good to see that you are not letting this all get you down, and your goals are positive and uplifting. You are clearly very mentally strong in addition to the physical strength that you're excelling at.
Thank you for your update letter, it reached me in Australia via email, and reminded me of your peril. Not everyone uses social media, so if you do go ahead with the visitation videos, it would be awesome if you could email them out to your supporters and not just rely on the social media that a lot of people have and continue to turn their backs on.
I wish you all the best with your exoneration, and hope it happens sooner rather than later!
Good luck Daniel, stay strong!

This sounds like a good cop being "taught a lesson" because he refused to.play ball with a corrupt system.
