Twisted Lime has done it again! They have entrapped a mostly innocent, defenceless Pokémon and are keeping him in a cage behind the bar! They claim he has committed the crime of TAX EVAISION!?! But have not given Bulbasaur any normal prison rights (right to a lawyer, rights to the press, or even a PHONE CALL). But don’t worry!  There is something we as a society can do!

Lewwy has graciously allowed Bulbasaur one last chance at freedom by leaving it up to you to decide! If we get 50 signatures by midnight on the 31st of October (Halloween) Bulbasaur will be released and free to return to his life and live out his days as a FREE POKÉMON!
