Brody Neal is an all a Jr High student whom is currently in alternative school. Brody Neal got alternative for fighting somebody and this fight was over his female friend who was pushed by a older athletic boy. Somebody got on his bus talking about the boy pushing the girl Brody and his friends were already upset about the situation. Brody had enough so he got up and told the person to calm down he proceeded to push Brody into his seat. Brody got up and the fight started. The school system is prosecuting Brody over defending himself and his friends. Brody is having his school record tarnished over incredible ideals and self defense. This is unfair yes the handbooks say 2 fights and you get alternative school but exceptions can and should be mag especially for an all A good acting and morally right student.This petition will reveal the injustice of the school system.
