Why Don’t We is an American band which consists of Jonah Marais, Corbyn Besson, Daniel Seavey, Jack Avery, and Zach Herron. The band was formed back in 2016 under the management of Randy Philips and David Loeffler. 

During the past year, it has become clear that David Loeffler was been treating the boys unfairly by validating and destroying their basic human rights such as treating food as an award instead of a necessary of life. Leoffler has been proving to use other methods of mental, emotional and Financial abuse which has resulting in an on going legal battle to occur between the 2 pervious managers and Why Don’t We. Why Don’t We have recently had to cancel their tour and was forced to be on  hiatus from the band due to this legal battle.

This petition is important as human rights have been validated and distorted therefore devastating the band members and millions of individuals around the world.
