My son Aaron Munise was charged for an accident 3 years ago that took the life of a NYS Trooper. They had no evidence he did anything wrong until 2 years later he was arrested and charged for criminal negligent homicide. They had 2 years to make a case as the only witnesses were the Troopers friends and coworkers. The trial was also in the same county.  My son is suffering so much heartache knowing what happened.  He does not deserve to be doing 1 to 3 years for a true accident.  He has almost served a year. He's done all programs and everything he was asked. He was still denied parole and has NO criminal past whatsoever.  I ask everyone out there who believes in him and the fact that this was truly an accident to please sign and share as he should be treated fairly and his time should be less.  This has effected everyone terribly.  Our Justice system needs to change!
