LEE COUNTY FLORIDA MISDEMEANOR JUDGE HOWARD ANDREW SWETT, ABUSED HIS INDIRECT CONTEMPT POWERS, TO SENTENCE INNOCENT BLACK MAN TO TEN (10) YEARS IN COUNTY JAIL & COMMITTED FRAUD ON THE COURT TO COVER UP THE CRUEL & UNUSUAL FIVE YEARS OF JAIL TIME HE ACTUALLY SERVED, KNOWING THE COUNTY COURT RACIST JUDGE, LACKED PERSONAL SUBJECT MATTER JURISDICTION OVER THIS MAN SUPERIOR CIRCUIT COURT CASE.  

THIS PETITION IS IN SUPPORT OF HAVING THIS DOMESTIC TERRORIST JUDGE, REMOVED FROM THE BENCH IN ADDITION TO CRIMINAL AND CIVIL RIGHTS VIOLATIONS INVESTIGATION AGAINST HIM, AND LEE COUNTY 20TH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT AS A WHOLE.

                   RECORD FACTS OF EGREGIOUS CONDUCT   

This Misdemeanor level County Court Corrupt judge, intentionally and knowingly deprived Mr. Essix of his civil rights and equal protections guaranteed by Florida & U.S. Constitutional, knowingly he lacked personal and subject matter jurisdiction over another (Superior) Circuit Courts (alleged) indirect contempt case.

                 Michael C. Essix was adjudicated guilty of Ten(10) years in one sentencing imposition hearing for indirect Contempt Of Court, Ten- First Degree Misdemeanor 741.31 and sentence cumulatively to Ten (10) years in Lee County Jail where Mr. Essix has served over 5 years in this case;;13-MM-000473 ,serving a total of 87 months, where Mr. Essix was sentence to prison base on Contempt Of Court as a basis for his arrest, but not being charged by indictment with Contempt of Court violation of injunction, a First degree Misdemeanor  F.S. 741.31 as alleged, to bypass the Family Civil Division Circuit Court that has subject and personal matter jurisdiction over the final order issued in the Civil Division case order 12DR382 but rather, all other State Actors conspired and colluded against Mr. Essix, having only charged him in the Criminal Division with a fabricate charge of Aggravated Cyberstalking After Injunction Third Degree Felony.                                                                    The Conspirators continued knowingly bypassing the Family Circuit Court Civil proceedings to enforce any allegations of a violation of the injunction through Civil or Indirect Contempt Proceeding, to assure Mr. Essix have a mocked trial by jury in the Criminal Division, orchestrated by judicial misconduct and abuse of power, although the State was provided with an sworn affidavit confession notarized by a third party upon his arrest, that Mr. Essix did not or could not have committed the acts charged, supported by this third party phone records, to include cross examined deposition taken by State prosecutors as confession of evidence, where the State Prosecutor would not disclose or provide Mr. Essix with a copy of this deposition, forcing him to trial with a public defender standby counsel to represent, although the public defender's office certified conflict of interest to withdraw, and Mr. Essix prior to trial never requested the service of the public defender office, nor filled out an application to be determined indigence, although he is granted faretta self- representation, and not being allowed to represent himself, to obtain his first Felony and go to prison in a cover up of the 10 years sentence imposed by the County Court Misdemeanor level Judge Howard Andrew Swett.   

             Mr. Essix has been Jail as a direct result of judicial misconduct, corruption, conspiracy, abuse of contempt powers acting under the color of law crimes not limited, from June 2012 through September 29th 2020 alleged to have violated  a Superior Circuit Court, Family Civil Division Final Order that was not  enforcing its own order nor had no way of knowing, these trial courts were bypassing civil or indirect contempt proceeding mandated pursuant to rule 3.840,but rather Contempt was being directly enforced by a corrupts, racist, abusive, prejudiced, and biased Misdemeanor Inferior County Court Misdemeanor Judge Howard Andrew Swett

            These criminal acts of total disregard for State and Federal laws, in Civil  or Criminal proceedings by Corrupt Judges who are minister of their own prejudices, bias and own racial hate, to commit crimes of Human and Civil Rights violations acting under the color of law in this Petition against Mr. Essix is an injustice against  others people to come going unpunished. 

            This petition is very important and is or Great Public Interest, all citizen in this Country for Congress and Federal investigators to look into all Mr. Essix cases in Lee County Florida, more so Misdemeanor Case No.:13-MM-000473 by County Court JUDGE HOWARD ANDREW SWETT acting under the color of law to have Judicial kidnaped, conspired, colluded, committed fraud to fix, manufacture cases and records judgments, to cover up Judicial misconduct crimes.
