The Boston Public Schools Administrators and Payroll Department is not compensating its Employees for work being done in the Transportation Department. I am writing this petition to stop the injustice that takes place each pay period within the Payroll Department for the Transport of Students. We hold the positions as Bus Monitors for Students with Special Needs. We are doing jobs and not being Compensated for the Jobs. We need the Administration and Payroll to pay for all the work done on the buses, example: We have 2 statuses of work for Compensation General Monitor (ing)Students and One on One Students. A General Monitor, monitors all Student with the status "M" next to their name and pick-up information and all the other students without a monitor required status on the Vehicle(s).  A One on One Monitor, monitors just one student only that is assigned to him or her or holds a Special Status for that Monitor. Your attention and care is only for that one Student. My Administration is placing these Students on buses without adequate coverage and not paying for the work being done by one Monitor(s). We are doing double, triple and quadruple duties without being compensated. We need to be paid for this work. If this is a Civil Law Suit all Monitors will have to be paid Triple the amount for Loss Wages and to bring Criminal charges against the Administrators in Charge and the Payroll Department for Fraud, Embellishments, misuse of Money from the Payroll System for the Boston Public Schools Transportation Department.
