I want to fill this pitiation for a fraud and harassment for DOA cash application. Actually I am checking online loan eligibility but they without my consent and knowledge credited 2750 rs in my ac and now asking to pay 5000 rs and they credited on 1st may and I bcoz I don't need 2750 I decided to pay back 2750.so I paid on 3rd may 1521+1019+210 =2170 after that they callad me on 5th on whatsup number for more money 2250 and said to me if you are not paying today we will use ure photos as nude and they send the my adhar card copy online pics to my contacts. Now now using abusive language on whatsup call .Harassing me now I want strick legal acaction and my 2250 rs back bcoz nobody is charged for 2 days 2250 rs.also they use my pics and they mantaly harassing me.pleaese save me for those fraud people and took legal action I will provide the all screenshot of payments and recorded call.
