Say NO to mobile phone towers near our schools and child-care centres

A mobile phone tower is to be installed at the old hockey ground at 103-113 Steindl Street, Granville, Queensland, Australia.

This is a built-up area near several child-care centres, a primary school and an aged-care nursing home.

There are possible HEALTH RISKS from mobile phone towers which include hormonal imbalances, insomnia, attention deficit disorder, hindered learning, memory disruptions, brain disorders, infertility, dementia, heart complications, genetic mutation and more – to all creatures, great and small.

Will land values plummet? What will the resale value be? Would anyone buy a house near a mobile phone tower?

The Fraser Coast Regional Council plans to vote on Optus’ application at the 18 January 2017 meeting at Hervey Bay.

We the people wish to stop this tower from being constructed at this site and encourage telecommunications companies and councils to locate towers away from built-up areas.

We are not against technology, only the possible harmful toxic output from the towers.

Please sign this e-petition or you can sign a paper copy at the local fish and chip shop, butcher or cafe.
