owner < gap management and management of park will not fix anything . management harasses the residence files evictions over stuff that management allows certain residence there is something being done to the water rent was raised twice during the pandemic and they keep raising the rent each month they charge people for cable that no one gets won't open pool because they say its cheaper not to roads are very un safe there are big deep pot holes thats messing up everyones vehicles as well as drive ways and all the trees management and owners will only service certain peoples trees while everyone else will have big broken branches in there drive ways on top of there cars or roofs we would like to start a class act lawsuit while people are becoming homeless as owner and management takes the residences homes and belongings the residences are good people hard working people that are becoming victims for gap management and owner of country manor west mobile home park
