For Zynga, Inc. to quit cheating the consumer out of what they pay for to play! To run an honest game with no cheats, bots or rigged game play what so ever. To process refunds when the game play that they pay for is not working or replace game loss when players games do not run right. Shut down the site when adding extra game play to avoid all losses to the players. Train your support teams for any of the games you are attached to and to work with the consumer and to take care of the game loss, any issues with the game, and to fix any issues that arise within the game play. Also to answer the emails within a proper time limit instead of 4-5 days later! DO NOT BLOCK ANY OF THE PLAYERS EMAILS PERIOD. Nothing can be fixed in doing so. The person that is working that ticket needs to stay with that ticket not change hands 3-6 times! Zynga, Inc. needs to quit advertising it is free when in fact 85% of the time the free links do not work they post on their company face book pages. When people tell you the link does not work and 90% of your players post it on your page, fix your links to make up for what is suppose to be for free. In the event that Zynga, Inc. fails to do so then it falls to Mark Zuckerberg on face book. It is his social platform and he should be held accountable for that platform and all who sell to the public on that platform.
