As CEGEP students, we don’t believe it’s fair to have to go in for our midterm exams that can be done at home. The present situation of the pandemic is to be taken seriously and we believe that it is not a life or death situation to attend school for our exams. Like Higher Education Minister McCann stated, “Anything that can be done remotely, should be done remotely,”. We don’t think it is wise at all. We do not want to risk our lives, the lives of our professors, parents and grandparents. A midterm is not worth risking our lives and the lives of our loved ones.
