Ricardo Fox, Jr. started this petition to foxfreedomofxpression85@gmail.com and

They passed the law about Federal prisoner's time being cut and now it's time to care about State prisoners or inmates serving Life Sentences for crimes they did not commit, checks and balances toward the prosecutor's making deals with witnesses and the detectives not doing the work to bring the real killers to justice.

We care because it is blatantly effecting the Black communities and has been a planned plague for many decades.  We are exhausted and tired of the judicial justice system taking away our fathers, brothers, uncles and family members from us has and it has to STOP.  If the police is not killing us then it's the plantation method which is clearly not over.  Unfair imprisonment is definitely another form of slavery that's it and that's all.

We will fight for "real" due process of the law.  We will hold the "RACIST/BIAS JUDGES, PROSECUTORS WHO WIN UNFAIRLY (just to get a promotion) and the "courts" for not giving any consideration before imposing a sentence about the person's past criminal history and are they really a danger to society accountable for unfair sentence practices.

I am serving a life sentence + 50 years for a white victim being shot and I was not the shooter.  I am asking for support that my sentence to be gravely reduced.  After the recommended Split Sentence from the Maryland Parole Probation Department, life all suspended accept 25 years.  We brought forth to The Court of Special Appeals of Maryland three (3) arguments in my Direct Appeal.  One of those arguments was should have been granted that required reversal and still today "no avail", I remain in prison.  Where is the Prison Sentence Reform for the states?

America still needs to be reminded of THE EMMETT TILL STORY after 60 + years!
