Due to the ever changing status of our world with COVID-19 and our ever changing and growing neighborhood, this petition serves to support requesting the HOA to make an amendment to our current neighborhood’s policies and bylaws in order to allow the residents of Fox Point to have their own private pools. By signing this petition you are in support of allowing the residents of Fox Point to have their own private pool in their back yard while still paying the set HOA fees to take care of our neighborhood’s amenities.
