33-year-old Hamzeh injured a criminal intruder who broke into the store, with a LEGAL weapon and now he's in jail, scared for his life as the coronavirus sweeps across the country. Sign my petition, and share with your friends to help me get him out! On a sunday morning in Virgina, store employee, Hamzeh Abushariah, was sleeping in the store he worked at in order to practice social distancing. He was awokened by three robbers breaking into the store, in order to defend himself, he grabbed a pistol and shot at the robbers in order to scare them off, this resulted into him only injuring one of them, but not killing him. However, despite the gun being registered and payed for, Abushariah was arrested and put into jail without bail. One of the officers even asked Abushariah, "Why didn't you just run out the back door?" Hamzeh is a father of two children and his boss and store owener, Jowan Zuber, is worried for his employees health, after seeing him cough violently afters three days in jail. Zuber told Fox News that he is sad and outraged that this has happened, seeing this as a violation of someones right to bare arms, stating, "It's very sad for America today as American citizens practice their Second Amendment to protect the store and their lives". This act of injustice gives true criminals the idea that they can go around hurting and killing and robbing people without the consequenses of gettinh arrested. This is truly a violation to someones Second Amendment and should be undone.
