This petition is for MCPS schools to implement the 4 day work week. The 4 day work week is where school is in session Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, giving a needed break on Wednesday plus the normal weekend. This will allow time for family to bond during the week, for children to catch up on schoolwork, time for extracurricular activities, and an overall healthy break for children K-12.
