Hi NYU Precollege Students,

Upon entry into NYU precollege, commuter students were told that they would have access to Founders Hall throughout the day. On the second day of the program, this promise was revoked inexplicably. Given the substantial tuition that these students paid, taking away their ability to enter Founders is simply not just. For many commuter students, being able to make social connections and hangout with their peers was a massive appeal of the program. Taking that away only two days into precollege is unfair to them and us as residential students.
