We, the Family& Friends of Frank Leal, are petitioning to dedicate the majors field in the El Centro Little League(ECLL) to Frank Leal. He served as a coach for a couple years then got voted into presidency for 10+ years and then started umpiring. He served the El Centro Little League for a total of about 15 years. He gave everything into his presidency at ECLL and we just want to give him this one last thing, to dedicate the Majors Field in the ECLL in memory of him& every hope he has given to each kid and the lives hes changed. Thank you in advance for helping us give him this one last thing.
