Mr. Dolce has touched countless lives at Forest Hills Northern High School throughout the 25 years that he's worked in the office. He is currently being forcefully transferred to Forest Hills Central Middle School by the Forest Hills Board of Education, led by superintendent Dan Behm. Mr. Dolce's transfer is the Board's reaction to their own decision to bring a third Vice Principal into FHN. They deemed 3 to be too many, and Mr. Dolce was made to suffer because of Mr. Behm and the board's poor planning.

Mr. Dolce's heart is with Forest Hills Northern, and its community. To be pushed out of a position in which he's exceeded all expectations and continuously went above and beyond for his students is wrong. By signing this petition, we can show Mr. Behm and the Forest Hills Board of Education that the FHN community truly believes that they are making a mistake by transferring Mr. Dolce from FHN. Without his unique and important role in Northern's community, the students will be the ones that will suffer the most as a result of this transfer.
