Stop Myanmar from persecuting the Rohingyas

This petition had 393 supporters

Rohingyas are brutally killed every day in Myanmar. These are children being electrocuted to death, entire villages being torched to the ground, girls being raped, innocent people being beheaded and brutally executed. This is something you hear out of horror movies, except this brutality is unbelievably sanctioned by a leader who once won the Nobel Peace Prize.

We appreciate Ms Bishop's recent pressure in words, but given the refusal of the Myanmar government to listen, we urge that she follows up on her words and enact tougher measures against the Myanmar government to protect these peoples’ human rights, and stop the needless violence against innocent people.

We urge:

1. A removal of foreign aid to Myanmar’s government. Millions of your tax is given to this evil government to brutally execute its minorities. It absolutely goes against our conscience and it should go against yours to fund a government that brutally persecutes a minority.

2. A UN resolution against Myanmar, forcing them to stop or face international consequences

We urge Ms Bishop to strongly raise her voice and apply greater diplomatic force against them and please, find a way to stop this violence. This is a disgusting violation of fundamental human rights to a barbaric level, and it is the duty of us as humans to stop the killings. Every life saved is a betterment to this world.

You have the power to save lives. Please use it by signing this petition.
