Many Virgin Media cabinets remain damaged and in some cases in a dangerous condition throughout Spelthorne. Despite report after report, Virgin Media will simply leave the roadside cabinets as they are. In some cases they attend and simply bind the doors closed with wire or even work on these damaged cabinets to connect new customers but simply leave them damaged when they are done. The doors are sheet metal and if they fly open they can be particularly dangerous or cause a tripping hazard, not to mention how ugly they can look.

Virgin Media must start to take residents' complaints and reports seriously before someone is injured and to also ensure the continued pride in our town.
