We must protect the lungs of our planet!

Rainforests are our best protection against climate change alongside seagrasses and other green landscapes.

They are also home to indigenous tribes who have called the forests their home for generations.

A BBC investigation has uncovered evidence that areas of the rainforest the size of 1000 football pitches are available to buy at the click of a button. In response Facebook has said it will 'work with local authorities' to tackle the issue but refuses to simply remove the Marketplace listings... This is blatant neglect for the wellbeing of the planet!

If big tech companies like Facebook can not be held to account for this kind of inaction, then all hope is lost!

Help protect our rainforests before it is too late. Let Facebook know we will not go unheard and that we will not let them get away with publicly jeapordising the hopes of a green humanity!
