We, a community of over 100 residents, and local road users, are having our safety impacted  driving on Forbidden Plateau Rd. As a result, the community has come together to get support to find a solution to the current hazardous road conditions.

This road is used by many locals and tourists for hiking, mountain biking and winter activities. Our goal is for all to safely travel this mountain road.

Help us stress to The Ministry of Transport to fact gather and find a long term solution to the road conditions on Forbidden Plateau Rd. Whether that be through Chip Sealing sections of the road or enacting better operating practices for a safer road experience for everyone.

We urge all members of the greater Vancouver Island community to help us put pressure on our provincial government to act and make the road safe and easy for all those who wish to use it.
