It is the law. The groups that are able to enjoy the river through the Quapaw could continue. The MS. River and the people would both benefit!

Quapaw is a nationally/internationally recognized outfitter who has brought much needed attention to paddling the Mighty Mississippi. I wouldlike to see them continue in their efforts to educate my fellow paddlers

The Mississippi is one of our greatest resources and we need guides like john rusky who can teach our visitors (and us) how to honor it. Don't charge taxes on this resource.

As a native of Mississippi I have always been fascinated with Big River. After a trip with the Quapaws I have seen it up close in a way not possible from the bridges. Anybody promoting the river in the way that John Ruskey is ought to be applauded. Hats off to the Mississippi legislature for seeing it that way too.
