The Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU) of Nigeria, went on strike, on February 14th, 2022, without the consent of students, we knew it was in their best interests to get paid their preferred salaries for their work done. This strike has lasted for 8months now, we were patient with the hope that the matter will be resolved finally. But suspending the strike, instead of getting a new deal is not acceptable. The students will be forced to resume and midway they embark on another strike, this won’t be affecting the staffs but the students years will keep wasting. This is why this petition has been made, No student should be resuming! Unless a new deal is made, in other to secure a better future!!!
