Michael Gove is weird. Let's find out why. It might be drugs, or it might just be that he's weird. Maybe it's both. He's an odd fellow, but if he is part of the team running the country (into the ground?) I think we should be able to confirm that tax payers aren't paying his wage for him to be under the influence at work.
I'm not saying he is under the influence, but he certainly is acting like he is.
